1. Presentation of scientific works (articles, reports)

The presentation of scientific works of participants of scientific events (conferences and championships) is carried out through the publication of such works in electronic form on this portal. Such works are published in English (mandatory) and the national (native) language of the author of the article or report (at the request of the author).

The presentation of scientific works is carried out in order to familiarize other participants of events, experts and representatives of the general public with them.

The publication of scientific works on this portal (within the framework of the programs of conferences or championships in scientific analytics) is the official electronic version of publications in the collection of scientific works (collective monograph) IASHE (British ISBN).

2. Location and search of scientific papers on the platform

Each scientific work is located (published) on the platform in the form of an independent information material, the name of which consists of the following elements: 1) Name and code of the branch of science; 2) Module code; 3) Surname and name of the author in English; 4) Title of article (report) in English.

By these parameters, as well as by the date of publication, the scientific work should be searched on the platform.

3. Discussion of scientific works

A discussion of scientific works by participants and experts is carried out in dialog boxes for comments.

Only event participants and experts who are users with Google accounts can participate in the discussion.

4. Assessment of scientific works

Participants and experts assessment scientific works only within the framework of the basic branch of science, which is included in their professional competence.

The assessment can be carried out: 1) openly - by specifying the assessment in the comment dialog boxes; 2) confidentially - by sending a special message with a list of scientific papers and assessments to the Academy's e-mail.

Only event participants and experts who are users with Google accounts can participate in the assessment.

 5. Electronic publication

1) Any article (report) is immediately sent for publication in the nearest (according to the estimated time of publication) formed interdisciplinary publication (collection) with a pre-announced ISBN code; 2) Any participant of the event, after 7 days after the submission of his author's work, has the right to receive an electronic version of his publication in the corresponding collection (collective monograph); 3) After the final formation of the collection (collective monograph), each participant of the event receives the final electronic version of the entire (full) edition (with all official technical data of the edition); 4) As the materials accumulate, on those scientific directions for which enough articles (reports) are collected for the formation of independent publications, branches collections are published; 5) Materials that are not included in independent branches collections are published in intersectoral publications; 6) In the future, the best articles are published in profile (branches) scientific journals - with the highest level of expert assessment (journals are published once every three to four months); 7) During the conference session and the stages of the scientific analytics championship, depending on the number of papers presented at the event, several independent collections of scientific papers (collective monographs) and issues (numbers) of IASHE thematic scientific journals may be published; 8) The number and periodicity of the publication of independent collections and issues of journals during one session of the conference (championship) is determined by the practical expediency, discretion of the organizers and the opinion of the participants in the events.

Attention: one and the same author's work (article, report) can be published both in an interdisciplinary (multidisciplinary) and in a sectoral (specialized) collection of scientific works (collective monograph) without additional payment for the second publication.

6. Print publication

For authors of articles or reports who paid for the purchase of printed versions of collections of scientific works or journals, such publications are sent within 10 days from the date of their official edition.

7. Summing up the results of the championships

The results of the stages of the scientific analytics championships of various levels and types are recorded in a special protocol, which is published on this portal.

Also, information about the winners and prize-winners of the championships at the stages and at the end of the calendar year is published on the separate information portal of the Academy, which is called "Laureates of scientific analytics championships".

BRIEF PRESENTATIONS AND PRICES OF THE MAIN IASHE PROJECTS

1. Презентация научных работ (статей, докладов)

Презентация научных работ участников научных мероприятий (конференций и первенств) осуществляется с помощью публикации таких работ в электронном виде на данном портале. Работы публикуются на английском языке (обязательно) и национальном (родном) языке автора статьи или доклада (по желанию автора). Презентация научных работ осуществляется в целях ознакомления с ними иных участников мероприятий, экспертов и представителей широкой общественности.

Публикация научных работ на данном портале (в рамках программ конференций или первенств по научной аналитике) является официальной электронной версией публикаций в сборнике научных работ (коллективной монографии) IASHE (британский ISBN).

2. Расположение и поиск научных работ на платформе

Каждая научная работа располагается (публикуется) на платформе в виде самостоятельного информационного материала, название которого состоит из следующих элементов: 1) Название и код отрасли науки; 2) Код модуля; 3) Фамилия и имя автора на английском языке; 4) Название статьи (доклада) на английском языке. По этим параметрам, а также по дате публикации научную работу следует искать на платформе.

 3. Обсуждение научных работ (дискуссии)

Обсуждение научных работ участниками и экспертами осуществляется в диалоговых окнах для комментариев.  

 Участвовать в обсуждении могут только участники мероприятий и эксперты, которые являются пользователями с аккаунтами Google.

4. Оценивание научных работ

Оценивание научных работ участниками мероприятий и экспертами осуществляется ими только в рамках базовой отрасли науки, которая входит в их профессиональную компетенцию. Оценивание может осуществляться: 1) открыто – с помощью указания оценки в диалоговых окнах для комментариев; 2) конфиденциально – путем отправки специального сообщения с перечнем научных работ и оценок на электронную почту Академии.

Участвовать в открытом оценивании могут только участники мероприятий и эксперты, которые являются пользователями с аккаунтами Google.

5. Электронная публикация

1) Любая статья (доклад) сразу направляются для публикации в ближайшее (по предполагаемому времени публикации) формируемое межотраслевое издание (сборник) с заранее объявленным кодом ISBN; 2) любой участник мероприятия, по истечение 7 дней после предоставления своей авторской работы, вправе получить электронную версию своей публикации в соответствующем сборнике (коллективной монографии); 3) после окончательного формирования сборника (коллективной монографии), каждый участник мероприятия получает итоговую электронную версию всего издания (со всеми официальными техническими данными издания); 4) по мере накопления материалов, по тем научным отраслям, по которым собирается достаточно статей (докладов) для формирования самостоятельных изданий, публикуются отраслевые сборники; 5) материалы, не вошедшие в самостоятельные отраслевые сборники, публикуются в межотраслевых изданиях; 6) В последующем в отраслевых научных журналах публикуются лучшие статьи – с наиболее высоким уровнем экспертного оценивания (журналы  издаются  один раз в три -  четыре месяца); 7) На протяжении сессии конференции и этапов первенства по научной аналитике, в зависимости от количества представленных на мероприятие статей докладов, могут публиковаться несколько самостоятельных сборников научных работ (коллективных монографий) и выпусков (номеров) тематических научных журналов IASHE; 8) Количество и периодичность издания самостоятельных сборников и выпусков журналов в течение одной сессии конференции (первенства) определяется практической целесообразностью, усмотрением организаторов и мнением участников мероприятий.   

Внимание: одна и та же авторская работа (статья, доклад), может быть опубликована и в межотраслевом (многопрофильном), и в отраслевом (специализированном) сборнике научных работ (коллективной монографии) без дополнительной оплаты за вторую публикацию.

6. Печатная публикация

 Для авторов статей или докладов, которые оплатили приобретение печатных версий сборников научных работ или журналов, такие издания высылаются в течение 10 дней с момента их официального издания. 

7. Подведение итогов первенств

Итоги этапов первенств по научной аналитике различных уровней и видов фиксируются в специальном протоколе, который публикуется на данном портале.  Также информация о победителях и призерах первенств на этапах и по итогам календарного года публикуется на отдельном информационном портале Академии, который называется «Laureates of scientific analytics championships».
